About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Business Development Managers to grow our student base and expand partnerships. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and sub-agents while generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Visit colleges and institutions to establish partnerships

Create and maintain relationships with universities and agents

Develop and manage a sub-agent network

Generate quality leads through networking and outreach

Represent the company at events and promotional activities

Requirements

Minimum Undergraduate degree (MBA preferred)

2+ years of business development experience, preferably in education / consulting

Strong command over English (spoken & written)

Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills

Should have own vehicle for client visits

Immediate joiners only

Strictly work from office (No WFH / Remote)
