Responsibilities
Managing a team of recruiters aligned to support / lateral hiring for BPO
Working closely with the team & stakeholders to close positions within specified timelines
- Build, maintain and engage a strong passive and active candidates list for talent relevant to potential openings;
- Strategic posting of open positions on job sites and social media;
- Contacting industry professionals, current employees and acquaintances to ask for referrals;
- Research new sourcing techniques, trends and tools;
- Perfect process management and logging of all candidate and open position steps for global and functional reporting;
- Strong analytical reviews for continuous process improvement, time to hire, hiring source, cancellations, root causes, ultimate candidate placement in the TP talent pool;
- Joining professional forums and social media groups for interacting with prospective candidates.
Requirements
Experience of 8-10 years with minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a Supervisory roleBPO hiring experience is a mustExpert experience with tools and features;Managing a team of recruitersCharismatic and Professional demeanor;Top Class interpersonal and communication skills;Competencies
