Associate University Partnerships Manager

Position Summary

LINC Education is looking for an Associate – Academic Operations to support global university partnerships and manage high-quality academic delivery. This role combines data-driven decision-making , process management , and client coordination to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional student outcomes.

You will work closely with the Program Manager , Head of Program Operations , and international account managers to oversee end-to-end operations — from managing academic professionals to tracking key milestones and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor SOPs, manage client communication, and lead weekly review discussions.
• Coordinate daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows (academic professionals).
• Track daily, weekly, and term-based objectives across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
• Develop and implement strategies for service improvement and issue resolution.
• Oversee quality of final academic delivery outputs for partner universities.
• Streamline operations using data analytics, automation, and technology tools.
