Key Responsibilities :
Operate as a product expert in business areas & pillarsInform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to drive product investmentsMonitor the effectiveness of key product work streams and make recommendations for improvementHold Operations and Product accountable to key KPI's, ensuring any missed metrics are addressed with a comprehensive mitigation planWork with product and engineering partners to enhance their knowledge of the current customer experiences and existing opportunitiesMaintain and utilize complex dashboards for performance insightsAttend Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly governance meetings with Product, Operations and AnalyticsManage the development and implementation process of the company's products and servicesAct as primary escalation point for Product and Engineering Leads and manage / coordinate the resolution of technical issuesOrganize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teamsDiagram, evaluate and maintain operational processesDesign and conduct technical user acceptance testing providing feedback and guidance to product partners to improve process performance and product 3-4 years of experience as a data / product analystStrong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and key financial product KPIs (attach rate, conversion, default rates), credit policies and risk metricsHands-on skills with SQL and Excel; ability to independently work on datasets and generate insightsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across diverse teamsStrong problem-solving abilities, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challengesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentalityLocation : Mumbai
