We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver optimized ITSM, integrations, and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the standard digital platform.
- Ensure instance health, reduce technical debt, and align with best practices.
- Lead workshops to capture requirements, validate solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Design and deliver solutions across ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Data Migration.
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
9 - 12 years experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and Service Portal.Strong expertise in Integration and Data Migration; exposure to Virtual Agent is a plus.Hands-on experience designing ServiceNow workflows in ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, or SecOps.Strong understanding of ITIL / Agile / DevOps methodologies.Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Certifications : ServiceNow certifications preferred(ref : hirist.tech)
