Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Agra. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, workforce planning, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role also involves managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to support an inclusive and efficient workplace culture.
Qualifications
Proven skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
Experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
Strong organizational skills for policy implementation and compliance with labor regulations.
Expertise in developing and facilitating employee training, development programs, and performance management.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in HR management software and tools is an advantage.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.) is preferred.
