What You Should Know About This Job

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4- 6 years of experience in SEO, performance marketing, and digital strategy, preferably within fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for driving online visibility, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and leading the SEO and paid media roadmap for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :

  • Lead the on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
  • Collaborate with content teams to drive SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Optimize website architecture, page speed, and internal linking to enhance crawlability and user experience.
  • Performance Marketing :

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion metrics to optimize ad spend.
  • A / B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage remarketing, display, and performance max campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Analytics & Conversion Optimization :

  • Own the analytics stack using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
  • Build dashboards and track KPIs such as organic traffic, bounce rate, CTR, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Run CRO experiments to improve conversion rates on landing pages and lead forms.
  • Digital Strategy & Brand Visibility :

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee local SEO and Google My Business optimization for regional visibility.
  • Research and implement the latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes in SEO and paid media.
  • Generate monthly reports and present strategic insights to leadership.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Data Studio).
  • Experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Note : We are Six days of working- Monday to Saturday.
