About the Role

Required Technical Skill Set : Zscaler- ZIA, ZPA, ZDX and ZTE

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewall Filtering, SSL inspection, URL & App Cloud Control
• Able to Investigate the latest security standards, recent security systems, and renewed authentication protocols, performing vulnerability assessment, security testing, and risk analysis related to Security
• Incident, change, problems, escalation management related to connectivity issues in the security infrastructure. Familiar with packet capture and tool knowledge of Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience working with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX Admin Portals and ZTE implementation with cloud connector and branch connector configuration.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance and troubleshooting user issue related to Zscaler Internet Access, issues related to Zscaler Private Access and ZCC.

Qualifications

Desired Experience Range : 7-10 years
