Should have experience in Any International Payroll PlatformExtensive knowledge of the Aus / US / UK payroll function including internal control, and payroll taxes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Related software, Proficient with payroll software.Understanding of Aus / US / UK Payroll systems including interfaces.Knowledge of Employee Document Services, Policies and Tools.Knowledge of Aus / US / UK Leave Administration, data management tools, disability management system andpay practices.
Complies with Aus / US / UK Statutory and local Aus / US / UK legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation;enforcing adherence to requirements;advising management on needed actions.
Update’s payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department / division transfersKnowledge of HR process administration.Analytical Skills.Ensure all Pay slips are generated accurately and on time. efficient and timely HR transactional services in line with agreed SLA's (including Payroll Schedules), Regulatory guidelines and Statutory / Legal requirementsHRMS – SAP
