Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Software Operator role located in Jaipur. The Software Operator will be responsible for managing and operating software systems used in the jewellery design and manufacturing processes. Daily tasks will include data entry, software troubleshooting, collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring smooth functioning of technology platforms. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, optimizing workflow, and adhering to deadlines for project completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating software tools related to jewellery design, production, or data management
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth system operations
• Experience with data entry, database management, and producing accurate reports
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Knowledge or experience in the jewellery industry and design software is a preferred advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Software Applications, or similar is beneficial
