Role Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic for security incidents and breaches.
• Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for network operations.
• Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain and update documentation of network security processes.
• Train and support team members on security best practices.
• Evaluate new security technologies for potential integration.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure network architecture.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Implement data encryption protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Provide guidance for network security development projects.
• Analyze security alerts and respond accordingly.
• Perform risk assessments for new and existing services.
