About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional (5+ years) who can independently strategize, implement, and deliver measurable results across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on accountability , understands the evolving SEO landscape, and can drive end-to-end initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices; proactively adapt strategies.

2.On-Page SEO

  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and site hierarchy.
  • Lead content strategy with keyword research, content gap analysis, and FAQ development.
  • Ensure meta tags, headings, and structured data are optimized for performance.
  • 3.Off-Page SEO

  • Build high-quality backlink strategies through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
  • Audit backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and maintain healthy link equity.
  • Collaborate with content / PR teams for authority-building campaigns.
  • Technical SEO
  • Conduct technical audits and resolve crawl, indexation, and rendering issues.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, site speed, and schema markup.
  • Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes and improvements.
  • 5.Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Set up SEO KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions to measure ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and continuously refine strategies.
  • 6.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with content, product, and tech teams to integrate SEO into all initiatives.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on SEO best practices.
  • Suggest UX improvements that enhance engagement and organic performance.
  • 7.Ownership & Accountability

  • Operate independently, taking full responsibility for SEO deliverables and results.
  • Manage projects end-to-end without micro-management.
  • Demonstrate accountability with transparent communication and timely reporting.
