Team Lead – UKG Migration (Workforce Central to Dimensions) role, with a strong focus on technical system setup, client deliverables, and initiative-driven leadership :
Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Team Lead to drive end-to-end UKG migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions. This role demands hands-on expertise in system configuration, integration, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, manage client deliverables, and ensure successful migration outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Migration Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage UKG migration projects from Workforce Central to Dimensions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business units, managing expectations and aligning deliverables with business goals.
- Develop and maintain migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Technical System Setup
Oversee and perform configuration of UKG Workforce central and Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling.Ensure accurate mapping and transformation of legacy data to Dimensions.Validate system setup through rigorous testing and client walkthroughs.Collaborate with UKG and client IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.Integration & Reporting
Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems (e.g., Successfactors, Workday, Oracle, Infor).Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.Support development and customization of BIRT reports for operational and compliance needs.Team Management & Initiative
Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers.Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.Stay current with UKG product updates and best practices to drive innovation.Required Skills & Experience :
6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and / or Dimensions.Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.Strong hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration.Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.Working knowledge of BIRT reporting and Advanced Scheduling.Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments.
