Job descriptionAt least 7 years of experience in project management in SaaS or enterprise software environments A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong expertise in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite) Familiarity with JIRA, eazyBI, and other PMO tools The ability to create, track, and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities Familiarity with AI tools and practices in project management is highly desirable PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is preferred
Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager from India to lead strategic initiatives across multiple core products. This role will drive planning, execution, and reporting across assigned product areas.
This position requires a high degree of accountability for program management activities. Key responsibilities include :
- Developing strategic plans and tactical objectives
- Executing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Maintaining governance and reporting standards
- Leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
- Driving innovation in program management through the use of AI and technology
