Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Management Consulting based in Ernakulam. The Manager will oversee end-to-end consulting projects, collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies for business process optimization. Responsibilities include preparing business models, conducting market research, formulating strategic plans, and implementing organizational development initiatives. The role requires ensuring client success through tailored solutions and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in organizational structuring, HR interventions, and supply chain management
• Experience in market surveys, branding solutions, and marketing strategy development
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve business challenges
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in consulting and client advisory roles is an advantage
