Assistant Professor in Aviation

Trichy . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a

Master’s degree , and

strong hands-on experience as Ground Staff

in the aviation industry. The role involves teaching undergraduate students, sharing real-world industry knowledge, and preparing them for successful aviation careers.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct engaging lectures and practical sessions on aviation and airport operations.

Train students in ground handling, customer service, and safety procedures.

Develop course materials and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards.

Mentor and guide students in professional development and placements.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for academic excellence.

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Aviation, Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum

1–4 years of experience as Ground Staff

in a reputed airline or airport.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring college students.

Prior teaching / training experience preferred.
