Senior System Reliability Engineer

and play a key role in shaping the stability and success of our mission-critical platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• ️ Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Production environment
• ️ Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• ️ Handle production incidents, identify patterns, and drive reduction in recurring issues
• ️ Support code deployments across environments & automate processes wherever possible
• ️ Design and standardize Monitoring & Alerting mechanisms
• ️ Troubleshoot across complex tech stacks to reduce MTTR
• ️ Collaborate across the service lifecycle—from design to deployment to continuous improvement
• ️ Analyze ITSM activities & provide feedback to dev teams on resiliency and operational gaps
• ️ Participate in system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews
• ️ Support CI / CD pipelines and lead DevOps automation best practices
• ️ Monitor system health—including availability, latency & overall performance
• ️ Drive scalable solutions through automation and process improvements
• ️ Work with a global team across different geographies
• ️ Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional off-hours work
