About the Role
We are looking for a one-person growth engine who can handle both online and offline marketing for our EV startup.
Your goal : grow app installs, web traffic, brand awareness, followers, and actual sales – and track everything with clear numbers.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & AI-Driven SEO
- Own SEO strategy for website & blog (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Keyword research focused on EV buyers, charging users, dealers, franchise leads .
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to :
- Generate SEO-optimized blogs, FAQs, app descriptions, landing pages.
- Create content briefs and outlines for faster content production.
- Track rankings, impressions, and clicks using Search Console & other tools.
2. App Install Growth & Play Store Optimization
Improve Play Store SEO (ASO) – app title, description, screenshots, keywords, reviews strategy.Run and optimize Meta Ads + Google Ads for app installs .Work with product team to improve onboarding, retention, and reviews.3. Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns for :App installsTest ride & sales leadsFranchise / dealer enquiriesFollower & engagement growthSet up proper tracking (pixels, events, UTM tags) and build reports for CPL, CAC, ROAS .4. LinkedIn Growth & Brand Building
Grow LinkedIn company page + founder personal brand .Post about EV industry, startup journey, dealer success stories, funding updates, etc.Generate B2B leads (dealers, investors, corporate clients, fleet buyers).5. YouTube & Video Content
Plan educational + review content around EVs, charging, EMI, subsidies, comparisons.Coordinate script writing, shooting, and basic editing (or manage freelancers).Optimize YouTube thumbnails, titles, tags, and descriptions for reach & subscribers .6. Social Media & Content Creation
Own content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others .Create or coordinate :Reels, posts, carousels, storiesBlog posts, FAQs, emailers, push notificationsMaintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.7. Google Merchant & E-Commerce / Dropshipping
Set up and manage Google Merchant Center for listing vehicles, accessories, and products.Coordinate with suppliers for dropshipping / inventory light models where applicable.Ensure correct product feeds, pricing, discounts, and campaign structures.8. Online PR & News Articles
Get the brand featured in online news portals, blogs, and EV communities .Draft press releases, founder stories, launch updates, success stories.Build relationships with auto journalists, EV bloggers, and influencers .9. Offline Marketing & Lead Tracking
Plan and execute local marketing around experience stores / showrooms :Store branding, pamphlets, banners, standeesCollege & corporate campus activitiesSociety / Apartment events, test-ride campsCreate a system to track leads and sales from offline campaigns (Excel / CRM).Work closely with store staff to improve conversion from walk-ins & leads .10. Analytics & Reporting
Set up and monitor dashboards (GA4, Meta Ads, basic CRM / Sheets).Track : installs, leads, calls, test rides, showroom visits, bookings, revenue.Present weekly and monthly reports with what worked / what didn’t / next steps.What We’re Looking For
2–5 years experience in performance marketing / growth / digital marketing .Hands-on experience with :Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 / analyticsSEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush basic understanding)Play Store / App Store optimizationComfort with AI tools for content, research, and automation.Strong content sense : can write or guide writing for social posts, scripts, ads, blogs .Bonus (not mandatory) :Experience in EV / auto / mobility / startup spaceMBA in Marketing / Business / related fieldExperience managing offline marketing & ground teams.Personality & Culture Fit
