Senior Federal Proposal Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Federal Proposal Strategist to lead our bid capture and win strategies for multimillion-dollar US government contracts.
This individual will be the architect behind crafting unbeatable proposals, dissecting Statements of Work (SOWs), and navigating the complexities of federal procurement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in US federal proposal management or Government Contracting Business Development (BD), with hands-on wins in IT services under SBA 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or General Services Administration (GSA) IT schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversight of opportunity pipelines to ensure effective bid strategy leadership.
- Expertise in SOWs and compliance requirements.
- Win rate improvement through strategic planning and market intelligence.
- Remote collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
