About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic visual thinker to join our Generative AI team—not just someone who knows how to use creative tools, but someone who can redefine how we think with them . As our Visualiser , you'll be at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and systems thinking . You’ll help us craft future-forward solutions that are not only visually compelling but also rooted in strategic insight—whether that means using AI, traditional creative workflows, or imagining new ones altogether.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptual Thinking : Develop original visual ideas and storytelling solutions that span across AI and non-AI workflows.
- Strategic Ideation : Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and technologists to ideate visual-first strategies for campaigns, experiences, or solutions.
- Tool-Agnostic Creativity : Use and experiment with a mix of tools— design software, or new creative platforms—to build smart, scalable solutions / visuals.
- Creative Workflow Innovation : Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current creative processes and design better systems— using human-centered design thinking.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work across content, design, tech, and strategy teams to turn high-level briefs into visual narratives or immersive creative solutions.
- Trendspotting : Stay ahead of creative, technological, and cultural shifts to help the team push boundaries and anticipate future needs.
You Should Have
4–7 years experience as a Visualiser, Creative Strategist, or in a similar role.A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, moodboards, storyboards, design, and experimentation.Deep understanding of principles of design (graphic and digital), motion, spatial layouts, and storytelling.Experience using traditional design toolsAn eye for detail, culture and a passion for visual innovation.Bonus : Experience in Interaction design, Immersive Experience design.English language proficiency- Good communication skillsWhy This Role is Unique
