You will drive the philosophy that Process drives Tech. You will lead teams to identify broken, manual workflows in client environments and design AI architectures that don't just automate them, but eliminate the friction entirely.

Build the "AI Factory" :

You will move us away from bespoke, one-off projects to industrialized solution delivery. You will build reusable AI assets, accelerators, and frameworks (like document extraction engines or reconciliation agents) that can be deployed rapidly across different client contexts.

The "Agentic" Shift :

You will lead the transition from simple predictive models to Agentic Workflows. You will build systems where AI agents can plan, reason, and execute complex tasks autonomously to solve intricate business problems.

Engineering Rigor & Governance :

You will enforce LLMOps / MLOps best practices. You are responsible for ensuring our AI solutions are not black boxes—they must be versioned, monitored, cost-optimized, and explainable.

Consultative Engineering :

You will partner with business leaders to translate vague "AI ambitions" into concrete, process-centric engineering roadmaps. You will define how we solve, not just what we build.
