Role Overview

Gyansys is seeking an experienced and highly hands-on SAP MM / WM Solution Architect to lead solution design, delivery governance, and execution across Procurement, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management functions.

The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP MM and WM , end-to-end ownership of solution delivery, and active involvement in presales and practice development initiatives.

This role includes Solution & Delivery Ownership (≈75%) and Practice Development & Presales (≈25%) .

Key Responsibilities

1. Solutioning & Delivery Ownership (≈75%)

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of SAP MM / WM solutions across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, blueprinting, and solution validation across procurement and warehouse operations.
• Provide hands-on configuration in MM (P2P) and WM (inbound, outbound, internal warehouse operations).
• Define integration design between MM / WM and EWM, SD, PP, QM, and FI.
• Create functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure RICEFW readiness.
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT / UAT), defect management, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure delivery excellence through solution governance, risk management, and adherence to SAP best practices.
• Support business stakeholders in optimizing supply chain and warehouse processes.

2. Practice Development & Presales (≈25%)
