Job Title : Technical Recruiter – India Market (2+ Years Experience)

Location : Indore, India

Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role :

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Technical Recruiter with strong experience in India market hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, social media recruitment, and sourcing through top job portals . You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting large-scale client requirements in the IT Services industry (Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across India.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements with quick turnaround time.
• Source candidates using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn RPS , and other job portals.
• Leverage social media recruitment strategies to identify and attract talent.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
