Key Responsibilities :

This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities, best suited for candidates with 2–3 years of sales experience looking to grow through hands-on fieldwork.

  • Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads from both new and existing travel agents to grow TIRUN’s distribution network.
  • Sales Execution : Implement sales strategies designed by the team, with a sharp focus on meeting individual targets.
  • Agent Engagement : Build strong, trust-based relationships with travel agents through regular in-person interactions.
  • On-Field Focus : This is a 100% on-ground role. You’ll be actively visiting markets, meeting agents, driving conversions, and representing TIRUN in face-to-face engagements.
  • Market Feedback : Stay alert to industry activity and provide relevant market insights to internal teams to inform strategy and improve execution.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth follow-ups and customer service.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or field roles in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and confidence in handling face-to-face client interactions.
  • Self-driven, organized, and committed to delivering results.
  • Comfortable with daily market visits and extensive fieldwork.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the regional language- Gujarati, is a plus.
