Job descriptionServe as the lead point of contact for social media services with international clients Conduct regular client meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews Create and oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and creative direction Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and copy Manage campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Monitor and manage brand presence, audience interactions, and sentiment Engage with communities, respond to comments / messages, and maintain brand tone Handle reputation management and escalate issues as needed Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar Generate and present detailed monthly / quarterly reports with insights and recommendations Use data to optimize content strategy, ad performance, and audience Master's or Bachelor's in any related field. 35 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in an agency role Proven experience managing international client accounts and diverse industries (eCommerce, Tech, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.) In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, advertising, and analytics tools Strong understanding of paid vs organic strategies across platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for content Experience with global tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Certification in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage Work with leading international brands across industries A collaborative and fast-paced agency environment Performance-based growth opportunities

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-savvy, and capable of building, executing, and optimizing multi-platform social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
