Role : HR Executive

Experience : 1 to 3 years

Package : 3 to 5 LPA

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to joining)

Handle onboarding & offboarding formalities

Coordinate with payroll for employee data updates

Maintain and track KRAs & KPIs

Assist in performance review processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

1–3 years of relevant HR experience

Strong communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of HR tools and payroll processes preferred
