Engineer - Design

• Create detailed design concepts using CAD software (2D drafting and 3D modelling) based on client specifications and market requirements.
  
• Coordination with third party for simulation and other design related analysis.
  
• Oversee the production of designed product, physical testing to validate design functionality.
  
• Review and modify existing designs to improve performance, reduce costs, or resolve manufacturing issues.
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to ensure durability and cost-efficiency.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and technical specifications
  
• Liaise with different departments (such as procurement, engineering, production and sales) to ensure smooth coordination of production activities and to meet project deadlines.
  
• Maintain accurate records of design & detailed engineering.
  
• Analyse production costs and make recommendations for reducing waste, improving efficiency, and lowering overall production costs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  
• Freshers are preferable.
  
• Knowledge of CAD software is must.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
