Water Management Executive

Job Description

STP Operations :   Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) to ensure treated water meets statutory standards.

WTP Operations :   Manage Water Treatment Plant (WTP) processes, including filtration, dosing, and quality checks to provide safe and potable water.

Swimming Pool Maintenance :   Supervise swimming pool water quality, filtration systems, dosing of chemicals (chlorine, pH balancers), and ensure compliance with health and safety norms.

Plumbing Systems :   Monitor and maintain plumbing networks, pumps, valves, and pipelines to minimize leaks and ensure uninterrupted water supply.

Preventive Maintenance :   Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all water-related infrastructure to reduce downtime.

Quality Control :   Conduct regular water sampling and testing (STP, WTP, pools) and maintain detailed records for audits and compliance.

Vendor Coordination :   Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for consumables, repairs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Energy & Resource Optimization :   Implement water conservation initiatives and energy-efficient practices to reduce operational costs.

Team Management :   Lead and train technicians / operators for efficient plant and plumbing operations.

Compliance & Reporting :   Ensure adherence to local environmental regulations, submit periodic reports to management, and prepare documentation for statutory bodies

Requirements

Diploma / BSC in Environmental Engineering.

Experience of 4-5years.

Presentation skills.

Trouble shooting of STP, WTP treatment plants.
