Job descriptionLead campus recruitment drives, internships, cooperative education programs, and industry Establish effective systems for student career counselling, skill development, and employability Oversee labor market analysis, sector-wise placement trends, and employer feedback reports. Manage a team of placement officers and co officers and coordinate with academic departments for industry integration. Represent the university at job fairs, career summits, and professional networking events. Ensure compliance with HR, regulatory, and accreditation standards relevant to student Master's degree in Business Administration, HR Education Management, or related field (PhD preferred). 8-12 years of progressive experience in placements, career services, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent management. Strong network with regional and international employers. Proven track record in achieving high placement rates and building industry partnerships. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Experience in GCC education or recruitment sector is an added Competitive tax-free salary and benefits package.
