About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who brings an art director's mindset. Beyond execution, you'll lead the creative vision for campaigns, guide other designers, and ensure every asset feels aligned with a high creative standard.

What You'll Do

Lead visual direction for key brand campaigns and creative initiatives.

Provide art direction and feedback to designers and creative partners.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and strategists to align creative concepts.

Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints.

Explore new trends and integrate them into the brand's creative direction.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in graphic design with art direction exposure.

Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and high-quality campaigns.

Strong conceptual thinking paired with execution ability.

Leadership skills to guide junior designers and freelancers.

A proactive, collaborative approach to design challenges.
