As a senior techno-functional consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring payroll elements set up / configurations.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll (payroll process / element setup) for US and Canada region is essential.
• Experience in North America Taxation is required.
• The ability to write fast formulas for payroll elements is necessary.
• Preparing functional required documents effectively is key.
• Gathering detailed functional requirements from the business and documenting these in functional specifications is crucial.
• Regression testing of RICE components is also part of the job.
• Familiarity with SDLC and JIRA is necessary for success.
