[Urgent Search] Senior Associate

Looking for an experienced professional to work with our taxation team in Indirect / Direct Tax compliance.

Minimum Experience : Chartered Accountant

Eligibility Criteria- Prior experience in handling end to end compliance management function in GST / Service Tax / VAT / Customs / IT for at least 2 years post qualification.

Job profile

1. Management of applicable returns in GST / DT & support in filing

2. Good control over and performing GST data reconciliations

3. Guiding team & supervision of work performed by reporting staff

4. Handling or guiding team in various type of GST registration

5. Co-ordinating with clients on day-to-day compliance management affairs including query resolution

6. Preparing required MIS & reports for organization or client on need basis

7. Experience in handling department scrutiny / audits

8. Basic experience in drafting responses to show cause notices & responding to Department queries

9. Site visit to department and client premises on need basis

10. Regular upkeep of current developments associated with GST laws / DT Laws

Location –Bengaluru

Basic Knowledge of Tally ERP.

Good Knowledge of functioning GST common Portal

Desired Candidate :

• Excellent spreadsheet knowledge
• Good Communication (English)
• Handing GST refunds as an add on benefit
• GST certificate course completed with ICAI as add on benefit
