Role : Principal Consultant / Team Lead

Budget : 6-8 lacs + Incentives + bonus

Location : Vikhroli / Powai (Mumbai) – Client Office | 5 days a week (onsite)

We are looking for a dynamic leader with 5+ years of experience in Product technology / engineering hiring , preferably in Startups, Fintech, and Insurtech industries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level technology roles.
• Handle stakeholder engagement with founders, CXOs, and HODs.
• Lead and mentor a recruitment team — set targets, track performance, and drive outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent.
• Balance both individual contribution (IC targets) and team delivery responsibilities.
