Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from various stakeholders and ensures a holistic approach to product development. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements to inform product development decisions. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support. Define and measure key product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed. Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement. Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of data management, verification, or related industries is highly desirable. Experience with agile development methodologies.
