Primary Skills (Must-Have) ✅ Experience : 4+ years in Technical CRM ✅ D365 Expertise : Strong background as a technical consultant with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations ✅ CRM / XRM Experience : Worked with different versions of CRM / XRM ✅ Project Lifecycle : Successfully executed 2-3 full-cycle implementations ✅ Customization & Configuration : Deep knowledge of D365 customization, configuration, and technical issue resolution ✅ Development & Coding : Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript ✅ Agile Experience : Proven ability to deliver within tight timelines in an agile development environment ✅ Cloud & On-Premises : Experience in on-premise / cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations ✅ Microsoft Power Platform : Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, and PowerBI ✅ Integration : Hands-on experience integrating third-party applications ✅ Certification : Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ✅ DevOps & Version Control : Sound expertise in DevOps, Git, and Jira ✅ Business Applications : Experience working with Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint APIs ✅ Customer-Facing Role : Strong analytical and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
