Job descriptionStrong understanding of Pipe Stress Analysis and related mechanical design principles. Proficiency in Caesar II (mandatory); familiarity with other design tools (e.g., AutoPIPE, PDMS, SP3D) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a simplified, practical manner. Passion for training, mentorship, and student success. B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . 2–5 years of experience in Pipe Stress Analysis / Design / EPC / Consultancy / Teaching . Prior online training or teaching experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct engaging online training sessions on Caesar II for pipe stress analysis.
- Teach essential concepts such as :
- Piping flexibility and stress analysis
- Load cases, boundary conditions, and supports
- Code compliance (ASME B31.1 / B31.3)
- Equipment nozzle load checks and expansion loop design
- Demonstrate practical application of Caesar II in industrial and plant projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Keep updated with the latest piping codes, standards, and analysis methodologies.
