Sales Executive - B2B & B2C
Location : Hyderabad & Ahmedabad (On-site)
We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Executives to drive both B2B and B2C growth across for our Healthcare vertical. The role focuses on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and healthcare professionals — while also engaging directly with patients and consumers to promote premium Healthcare care programs and services
Key Responsibilities
- B2B : Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and medical professionals.
- B2C : Engage directly with patients and families to promote healthcare packages and personalized wellness solutions.
- Execute referral and network marketing strategies to expand reach and generate qualified leads.
- Present and sell patient care packages and healthcare services through meetings, demos, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings , LinkedIn outreach , and leverage lead-generation tools (Snovio, Apollo, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on localized campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate tracking in CRM , provide sales reports, and optimize strategy based on market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.1–4 years of combined B2B & B2C sales experience , ideally in healthcare, healthtech sectors.Proven track record in consultative selling and meeting / exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with selling healthcare packages, wellness plans, or digital health services is highly desirable.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-driven, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
