About the Role

We're looking for a Web Marketing Manager to own and optimize our website - the front door to our brand and growth engine. You'll manage the Webflow site end-to-end, ensuring it reflects our positioning, drives traffic, and converts visitors into leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update website content, pages, and assets in Webflow.
• Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to launch new campaigns and landing pages.
• Implement and maintain SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor site performance and continuously optimize for UX, load speed, and conversions.
• Manage integrations with marketing tools (HubSpot, GA4, GTM, etc.).
• Support A/B tests, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in website or digital marketing management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Webflow.
• Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web performance best practices.
• Creative eye for design and strong ownership mindset.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
