Key Requirement for the Position
Experience : 2+ years in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and / or Microsoft Ads.
Certifications : Google Ads Certification required; Microsoft Ads Accreditation preferred.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, remarketing, and shopping campaigns.
Knowledge of tracking and attribution models.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate it into optimization actions.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
Detail-Oriented : High attention to accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
Job Description
Campaign Setup & Management
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across Search, Display, and Shopping.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting to ensure effective targeting and engagement.
Configure ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budgets to align with campaign objectives.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimizations.
Manage negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and bid adjustments for improved efficiency.
Perform A / B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, UET (Microsoft Universal Event Tracking), and Analytics tools.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate and analyze performance reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Forecast performance and prepare budgets for upcoming campaigns.
Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with cross-functional teams (SEO, creative, and analytics) to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads product updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
Recommend new strategies, audience segments, and automation opportunities.
