Job descriptionPrepare and deliver accurate tax compliance documents and filings for globally mobile employees within established deadlines. Participate actively in training programs to enhance international tax knowledge and compliance skills. Conduct thorough self-review of deliverables prior to submission to Senior Associate or Manager to ensure accuracy and completeness. Utilize tax technical resources to stay updated on global mobility tax regulations and best practices. Manage complex US Individual Tax Returns, including multi-state filings, trusts, and international disclosures. Handle detailed investment portfolios, K-1s, and brokerage statements with precision. Conduct research and support resolution of specialized tax issues pertaining to high net worth individuals. Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection of client, employee, and firm information. Collaborate with global teams to facilitate smooth transitions and compliance for employees on international assignments. Focus on minimizing tax-related risks and costs for both the organization and its employees by ensuring adherence to tax laws.
