Job description
  • Prepare and deliver accurate tax compliance documents and filings for globally mobile employees within established deadlines.
  • Participate actively in training programs to enhance international tax knowledge and compliance skills.
  • Conduct thorough self-review of deliverables prior to submission to Senior Associate or Manager to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize tax technical resources to stay updated on global mobility tax regulations and best practices.
  • Manage complex US Individual Tax Returns, including multi-state filings, trusts, and international disclosures.
  • Handle detailed investment portfolios, K-1s, and brokerage statements with precision.
  • Conduct research and support resolution of specialized tax issues pertaining to high net worth individuals.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection of client, employee, and firm information.
  • Collaborate with global teams to facilitate smooth transitions and compliance for employees on international assignments.
  • Focus on minimizing tax-related risks and costs for both the organization and its employees by ensuring adherence to tax laws.
