Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Head to lead the marketing function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle consumer behavior, with proven experience in building aspirational brands, driving omni-channel marketing strategies, and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with modern, style-conscious men.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and refine the brand’s positioning, personality, and communication tone in line with market trends and customer expectations.
- Develop long-term brand growth plans to strengthen awareness, recall, and equity in the premium menswear segment.
- Lead the execution of seasonal brand campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store media.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution
Create and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with product drops, seasons, and key brand moments.Manage end-to-end campaign development – concept, creative brief, content, media planning, execution, and performance tracking.Coordinate with creative agencies, content teams, stylists, and photographers to develop best-in-class assets.3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Partner with digital marketing teams to drive ROI-focused campaigns across paid social, search, and display channels.Oversee influencer marketing, content partnerships, and social media strategy to build brand advocacy and online presence.Monitor customer engagement and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.4. Retail & Visual Merchandising Support
Collaborate with retail and VM teams to ensure brand consistency across store environments, POPs, and window displays.Plan and execute localized retail activations and launch events in high-performing regions or flagship stores.5. PR, Events & Collaborations
Build strong relationships with media, stylists, and fashion editors to drive earned coverage.Identify and manage high-impact brand collaborations, sponsorships, and events aligned with brand ethos.6. Market & Consumer Insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis regularly.Lead consumer research initiatives to refine targeting, pricing, and messaging strategies.Key Requirements :
Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Fashion Management, or Business Administration.10–15 years of progressive experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods.Proven track record of leading brand marketing for a premium or luxury brand.Deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury positioning, and customer psychographics.Strong creative sensibility with data-driven decision-making skills.Experience in managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and large-scale budgets.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
