WTF is Nikhil Kamath’s media and content hotshop, where ideas, people, and culture collide. We create content (the WTF is Podcast and original IPs). We build campaigns and consult for brands, businesses, and personalities. We drive commerce, community, and cause through WTF Goods and WTFund.

We’re looking for a Financial Controller who brings order to creative chaos.

Who You Are :

6–8 years in finance / accounts (Cost Accountant preferred)

Strong with MIS, budgeting, and project P&Ls

Comfortable with compliance and statutory processes

Tech-savvy with ERP, Tally, Zoho, Sheets

Your Mandate :

Streamline billing, vendor management, and payouts

Maintain cash-flow visibility and projections

Build dashboards and track budgets

Manage audits, filings, and documentation
