Job descriptionExecute backups / restores and routine jobs under change and supervision. Escalate to L2 / L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics. Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders. Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.

Requisites :
- Provide L2 / L3 level support for Storage in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.
- Acknowledge and triage alerts;
log and update incidents.
