Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in the real estate sector, and the ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans and coordinate activities for real estate projects.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure resource-wise planning and allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Utilize project management tools / software (PERT, etc.) for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
Ensure adherence to real estate processes, compliance, and industry standards.
Maintain administrative and coordination support across project stages.
Support project managers in budget analysis, cost control, and resource optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Project Management certification preferred).
2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the
real estate or construction industry .
Strong number-crunching, analytical, and reporting skills.
Good understanding of
real estate terminologies
and
end-to-end processes .
Hands-on knowledge of
project management software
(PERT or similar).
Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
