Job description3–7 years of experience in Python backend development Strong expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and backend security Experience with real-time systems (SSE / WebSockets, event-driven design) Solid database fundamentals (PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Confidence leading technical discussions and mentoring peers Hands-on exposure to GenAI frameworks and agent-based patterns Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI / CD, and Infrastructure as Code Familiarity with logging, monitoring, caching, and messaging systems High Impact : Build systems that power mission-critical analytics Technical Depth : Solve real-time performance and scalability challenges Innovation : Lead GenAI adoption in production-grade backend systems
We’re looking for a Python Backend Engineer to shape and scale the backend of a high-performance analytics platform used by thousands of users in real time. You’ll design secure, low-latency services, build scalable APIs, and play a key role in integrating GenAI-driven workflows into production systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design and own backend architecture for a real-time, data-intensive platform
- Build and scale secure REST APIs and Python-based microservices
- Integrate GenAI workflows using tools like LlamaIndex, LangChain , or similar
- Implement real-time streaming and event-driven systems (SSE, messaging)
- Optimize SQL / NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
- Enforce security standards (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) and observability best practices
- Drive cloud-native deployments and system reliability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Partner with product, data, and infra teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
