Title : Area Sales Manager – Channel Sales & Distribution

Qualification :

Any Graduate, B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical, MBA in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Focus on achieving product vertical targets and ensure to get necessary approvals from the respective reporting managers before making any commitment with the clients.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Build a sales culture and sales-centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Maintain contacts with financial centre personnel, professionals, and personal contacts to build referrals.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
  • Conduct / participate in business plan review meetings with the sales team.
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • Develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Abide by company policies and structures and ensure non-disclosure of any confidential information of the company.
