Job Title : Executive Recruiter

Location : Bangalore, KA

Experience : Up to 2 Years relevant in Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles (from sourcing to onboarding).

Understand technical job requirements for roles such as Verification Engineer, Design Engineer, DFT, STA, PD, etc.

Source candidates through various channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social media.

Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and technical panels.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Contribute to building a strong employer brand for 7 Rays Semiconductor in the VLSI talent market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Electronics, or related field.

0–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (VLSI or Semiconductor preferred).

Strong understanding of semiconductor design domains or willingness to learn quickly.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, Excel / ATS).
