The Role: Product Manager – Credit Risk

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong exposure to Retail, MSME, or Corporate Lending who can own and drive credit-focused product development. This role requires deep expertise in credit risk, underwriting, and portfolio management, combined with hands-on product ownership and solutioning capabilities.

You will:

• Own end-to-end product development and roadmap planning
• Translate complex lending and risk requirements into scalable product features
• Work closely with clients to understand business problems and convert them into structured solutions
• Design and enhance decision automation, risk frameworks, and underwriting logic
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations and data workflows
• Create detailed product documentation and business use cases
• Evaluate regulatory developments and emerging AI tools for practical application
• Contribute thought leadership through blogs and whitepapers
• Support team development and capability building

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 7+ years in Product, Credit, or Digital Lending roles
• Experience in FinTech, Banks, NBFCs, or Lending Institutions
• Strong exposure to Retail/MSME/Corporate lending

Education

• MBA / CA with specialization in Product, Credit, or Risk
