Role Overview
This is a Mix role — equal parts :
You are the bridge between emotion and execution — equally comfortable leading conversations with planners and clients, coordinating with creative teams, and guiding editors to align stories with intent.
This is not a 9-to-5; it’s about ownership, stamina, and creating something unforgettable.
Who Should Not Apply
Hardcore client servicing profiles with no creative eye
Filmmakers / DOPs / Writers who only want to shoot
Stylists who don’t understand storytelling or production
Production managers with no client-facing experience
Anyone uncomfortable with high-pressure, travel-heavy wedding environments
Freshers without relevant industry exposure
Candidates expecting senior / leadership-level salary packages not aligned with a 2–5 year role
Who This Role Is For
Someone mature yet fun, emotionally aware, and client-facing
A professional who can manage client relationships end-to-end while shaping storytelling moments
A person with strong creative sensibility — understands films, photos, and aesthetics (not just logistics)
Confident enough to direct a team with authority, yet approachable enough to build comfort with clients
Highly proactive, systematic, and organized — doesn’t need reminders or follow-ups
Passionate about weddings and willing to work long hours during peak season
